My 3D animation final
So I shared my bike model I had done in class a while back and that was the last thing we did before starting work on our final. So I wanted to share the finished product with all of you now that I have turned it in. Please let me know what you think about it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Q2n8hq...

Re: TV Actors on Other Shows than the one you know them on
So I don't watch it, but my wife LOVES Scandal. It kills me every time that you see the main characters father because he is pure evil and I have yet to see any redeemable quality in him. But he's played by the guy who played Henry in Eureka! How do you take the nicest, kindest, and least evil perso...

Re: Dr. Who folk???
at the end of the 50th Anniversary Special, Matt Smith said his goal in life was to find Gallifrey and he never even looked for it (at least on TV)....that's a pretty big potential story arc to throw out there and never even try to pursue.... Did you see the Christmas special. He "found" Gallifrey,...

Re: Dr. Who folk???
Scott, you could say that every actor in the new series is just a rehash of older Doctors. Eccleston was clearly derivative of Colin Baker, Tennant was primarily Tom Baker with Davison for flavor, and Smith was so modeled after Troughton that I'm surprised he didn't have a recorder. Part of the 12th...

Re: Who should be the next Joker?
Scott, I didn't read any article like that. Where is that article? I was discussing the idea with my brother and that's where this came from. Star Pie, Williams was too much "over the top for comedy sake" and not as much "dangerously insane" for me to see him as the Joker. But I also didn't think Le...

Re: TV Actors on Other Shows than the one you know them on
I think my biggest "holy crap, that's him" moment was actually with Tom Baker. I had seen some Doctor Who when I was a kid and it happened to be Baker (go figure), but it came on so infrequently that I never really got into it. Then comes the BBC production of "The Silver Chair" and here is this bug...

Who should be the next Joker?
Let's face it, it's unless the DC movies tank hard, we're gonna see another Batman movie, and we will eventually see another Joker. So who would you like to see in the role? My initial reaction (just like it was before I saw Ledger in Dark Knight) was Mark Hamill. We already know the guy can play hi...

Re: Dr. Who folk???
My thoughts on this series are well documented thus far. But I love Capaldi. While Tennant and T. Baker hold my number 1 and 2 spots respectively, Capaldi has a commanding lead for #3. And the stories have been given much more attention this time around. So over all, this series has been awesome.

Re: Tron Legacy
I never fell in love with it, but I really enjoyed it. It was a fun ride and still fit the ideas of the first movie. If they make the third one, they'll get my $10. If not, oh well.
