Looking at the cover of entertainment weekly. You think that whole sub text Tony as about privatizing security (well Maria Hill but whatever) gave birth to the Ultron bots? That would give credence to Tony building an Amy of auto working suit in 3. ( now that I think about it he stole Venko's idea again

I just love the look of Ultron.

This looks awesome, and can I just say I am happy it looks like they are pushing Cap and Stark for the movie. Don't get me wrong, I love the other guys, but I love seeing the two of these together, knowing how opposite they've been in the comics.
