Arrow: My first run through
So Laural also opens her door without looking to see who it is first. Yup, she's an idiot.
Re: Arrow: My first run through
So let's have a run down here.
Thea's a spoiled brat
Moira is a duplicitous bitch
Isabel is an evil duplicitous bitch
The Huntress was a psycho
Shado was a Mary Sue
Sarah needs looking after
Laurel is a dimwit
Felicity has a crush on Oliver & he can do no wrong.
Wow, great track record of female characters going on here.

pretty much....you'll change your tune about one or two of them by the start of season 3, but at the point you're at, you nailed it!!

Heh, you're closer then I thought......I always thought Moria was a tad catty, but she was sooo willing to do what she thought was best for her kids she was willing to cross lines no one else would dare cross.....I thought she showed that at the end too, and totally did what ANY parent would.....
Re: Arrow: My first run through
She used her kids to excuse her own twisted shit. That's not a parent, that's a psycho.
Both her & Oliver infantalized Thea.

Well, now I'm on to the current season!
Re: Arrow: My first run through
After 2 seasons I'll say this.
This is a deeply, DEEPLY flawed show. But it's fun.

Re: Arrow: My first run through
Green Arrow was never one of my favorite DC Characters (well aside of when he teamed with GL, those old comics....so good....so ground breaking too)....but this show has not only breathed massive life into him, but its kicked the door WIDE OPEN for the DC-U on TV, for that I'm very grateful.....and the show as a whole it pretty danged awesome!

Aset - I agree - there are flaws indeed --- but I can get over them as it keeps me on the edge of my seat wanting the next episode each week
Scott - I agree 100%
