Sadly my pace is slow. Gf kids and all. There are other things to do. I've seen all TNG at least twice through. From the original run and then reruns. But now that I'm a bit older I'll watch it again.

So I'm watching season 1 ep 20 the arsenal of Freedom. Thinking interesting concept for sci-fi. Then 13 mins from the end and Troi turns it into a PSA. Have confidence in the younger crew like Picard had in you. Oh how I can't wait for season 2. And then Data jumps down a 11.75m hole to land gracefully beside Crusher. Would have been more interesting if he landed on her.

I'm Canarnian so I'd have to watch TNG on BBC Canada. Plus the Canadian Space chanel plays TNG at 8 am every weekday in order. I'm sticking to my Netflix. It's not as big on my list to watch right now. Only when I feel like it. I'm in the process of the Dr Who stuff from the first Dr.

Fully in support of the it cost too dang much to buy the stuff. I would've loved to support the show properly.

So seems like there is a huge story arc they could have developed more. Season 1 ep 24 Conspiracy. They sp could have brought back the little aliens.

I think I read or heard that the ideas they had for them in TNG were impacted by the writer's strike and the Borg ended up taking their place.

Though they did come back in the post-Season 7 DS9 novels.

I'm up to late Season 6 in my rewatch, but White Collar has been fun enough that I haven't been balancing them as much as I planned.

I think the lil creepy Aliens were so poorly received (and the execution was quite terrible)....and more "Alien" than "Star Trek" and it's why they were quickly forgotten never to be seen again.....
